Stanton R. Herpick,

President,
World Christian Outreach Inc.,
Dear Brother Stanton,

Rejoice always, Pray constantly give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (Thessalonians 5:16-18)

How brother, I hope you are fine and rejoicing always in Christ Jesus. I thank you very much for your continued prayers for our country Kenya and the people of Kenya especially at this time of severe, drought. However by the will of God all will be well as is in your letter we shall by all means be tough.

Now then I wish to appreciate your assistant to the Ministry and inform you that I got late in replying your good letter of 4th May 2000 which I received sometimes back-in this I was still waiting for some more photos. (enclosed) I saw the picture, on the Moreno Valley on the national day of prayer - the pictures, Damaris, it is wonderful, it was exciting for the whole family to see the pictures.

I also received your letter dated 31st May 2000 and all I can add is it is still tough but with the tough hard working community the situation can charge and improve very fast if the rains start to break this drought period. It is tough on me but continue praying with us that the Lord God may remember us and provide rain. Every day when only one day rain comes- People try to replant. This year we have done it for third 3rd time, last year several times rendering the community completely short of planting materials. Then.....

About the Ministry We held a level 3 training for our team on 25th to 29th May, 2000 and we are now ready for training the church team Level One. soon after our preparatory meeting on 23rd to 26th June.

Please, pass information of our appreciation to all those working with you.

Tell Damaris children and everybody else are fine. May the will of the almighty God prevail Amen.

Yours in Lord Servant,

Pastor James M. Kariuki
